RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of purchase with the exception of air plants and driftwood displays (see exceptions below). All items must be returned in original condition received for a full refund.


RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at woodenspire@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA#, place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase and the RMA# inside the package. If you no longer have proof of purchase the RMA# only is fine. Mail your return to the following address:

Be sure to include the RMA# on the outside of the package.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. You will be notified if there are any issues regarding the product you returned (e.g. damage to the item). Please allow three to five (3-5) business days from the time we receive your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Driftwood displays

The following items must be returned seven (7) days from the date received to receive a refund or exchange:

• All air plants (Tillandsias)*

The return process remains the same.

You can return any item (excluding driftwood displays) that include air plants past 7 days and within 30 days excluding the air plant and we will refund you for the cost of the item only.


PLEASE NOTE

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 3-5 days, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. Air plants (Tillandsias) can only be returned within 7 days of received date.
